The Aliplast Imperial system is a three-chamber solution designed for the construction of exterior doors, windows, and various types of glazing. It features an advanced thermal break with a width of 24 mm, made from polyamide enriched with multi-directional fiberglass. This significantly enhances the mechanical strength of the internal and external chambers of the profiles. Additionally, the system incorporates a Coex sealing line that forms a reliable vapor barrier and ensures perfect sealing during the powder-coating process.

Profile Dimensions:

• Frame widths: 65 mm for window frames, door frames, and uprights; 74 mm for window sashes.

• Wall thickness: 1.7–2.0 mm, ensuring rigidity and stability.

• Maximum door dimensions: sash width up to 1300 mm, height up to 2200 mm; maximum window height: 2400 mm.

 

Thermal Performance:

• Thermal transfer coefficient: UR = 2.2–2.3 W/m²K.

 

Filling Options:

• Compatible with filling thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 51 mm.

 

Customizable Profiles:

• Options include flush or non-flush profiles with depths of 65 mm and 74 mm.

• Sash designs available in PVC or aluminum finishes.
